En naturopathie, le terrain est une notion essentielle. Anatomiquement et physiologiquement on peut dire que nous sommes semblable \u2026 pourtant pourquoi dans une m\u00eame famille face \u00e0 un virus l\u2019un va \u00eatre malade et l\u2019autre non? Pourquoi votre coll\u00e8gue se bat pour prendre du poids et vous pour en perdre? Pourquoi votre ami qui a des migraines tout comme vous, vous donnera sa solution miracle et que cela ne fonctionnera pas pour vous ? Nous sommes bien tous diff\u00e9rents : face \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement identique nous ne r\u00e9agissons absolument pas de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on.<\/div>\n

La naturopathie se d\u00e9marque dans le fait qu\u2019elle ne traite pas une maladie mais qu\u2019elle prend en charge une personne. Le travail du naturopathe est d\u2019\u00e9tablir votre terrain caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par votre constitution, votre temp\u00e9rament, votre diath\u00e8se du moment et votre degr\u00e9 de tox\u00e9mie !   • La constitution, c\u2019est ce qui nous est transmis, c\u2019est notre g\u00e9n\u00e9tique ;<\/li>\n
  • Le temp\u00e9rament regroupe un ensemble de signes acquis qui permettent de comprendre comment l\u2019organisme fonctionne. Il permet de conna\u00eetre les fragilit\u00e9s et les forces des diff\u00e9rents organes, qui influencent le comportement tant psychologique que physiologique.<\/li>\n
  • La diath\u00e8se, c\u2019est en quelque sorte la mani\u00e8re dont s\u2019exprime la maladie. C\u2019est en quelques sortes la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau dans laquelle vos cellules baignent \u2026 Nous sommes compos\u00e9 \u00e0 70% d\u2019eau : le sang, la lymphe, les liquides intra et extra cellulaire\u2026 nos cellules et donc nos organes \u00ab nagent \u00bb dans cette eau !     Le bilan de vitalit\u00e9 consiste en cette analyse du terrain, afin de vous orienter au mieux !
