Les neurotransmetteurs sont des messagers chimiques lib\u00e9r\u00e9s par nos neurones. Ils agissent sur notre m\u00e9moire, notre humeur, notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress, notre sommeil &#8230; V\u00e9ritable pont entre notre cerveau et le reste de l&rsquo;organisme, ils r\u00e9gulent nos \u00e9motions et notre humeur.<\/p>\n<p>Les carences en dopamine et en s\u00e9rotonine sont souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de baisse de l&rsquo;humeur et de d\u00e9pression. Les neurotransmetteurs sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;acides amin\u00e9s, il nous font donc absolument avoir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des apports en prot\u00e9ines et bien les dig\u00e9rer pour les synth\u00e9tiser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;axe dopaminergique<\/strong> a besoin de tyrosine et plus en amont de ph\u00e9nylalanine pour fabriquer de la dopamine (starter) et de la noradr\u00e9naline (acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur). La dopamine intervient dans diverses fonctions importantes comme la r\u00e9gulation du tonus musculaire et les mouvements mais aussi \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse \u00e9motionnelles, aux sensations de plaisirs, au comportement d&rsquo;exploration et l&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;entreprendre. La noradr\u00e9naline intervient dans le r\u00e9veil, l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence du sommeil profond, le r\u00eave,\u00a0 stimule la lib\u00e9ration des graisses mise en r\u00e9serve, le d\u00e9sir sexuel mais aussi l&rsquo;apprentissage, la sociabilit\u00e9 et la sensibilit\u00e9 aux signaux \u00e9motionnels. Elle permet de tenir sur la dur\u00e9e, elle permet l&rsquo;amplification de l&rsquo;action parce que cela nous fait plaisir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;axe s\u00e9rotoninergique <\/strong>a besoin de tryptophane pour fabriquer de la s\u00e9rotonine (le frein). La s\u00e9rotonine est le neurotransmetteurs du bien-\u00eatre, de la tranquillit\u00e9, de l&rsquo;apaisement et de la pr\u00e9paration au sommeil.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment savoir si je suis en manque de dopamine et noradr\u00e9naline ?<\/h3>\n<h4>Signes de carence:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se r\u00e9veiller et \u00e0 \u00e9merger le matin,<\/li>\n<li>fatigue<\/li>\n<li>trouble de la concentration et de la m\u00e9moire,<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9motivation voir d\u00e9pression,<\/li>\n<li>variation de l&rsquo;humeur,<\/li>\n<li>perte de plaisir et d\u00e9sir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Causes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Carence en prot\u00e9ines et en l\u2019occurrence de tyrosine ou mauvaise digestion avec hypochlorhydrie<\/li>\n<li>An\u00e9mie et carence en vitamine B9, cuivre et zinc<\/li>\n<li>Personnes-\u00e2g\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Taux de cortisol \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Stress chronique<\/li>\n<li>Taux d&rsquo;insuline \u00e9lev\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au diab\u00e8te de type 2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Comment augmenter sont taux de dopamine ?<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Adopter un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sal\u00e9 !<\/strong> Un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sucr\u00e9 fait augmenter le taux d&rsquo;insuline et emp\u00eache l&rsquo;utilisation de la tyrosine pour produire de la dopamine. Notre alimentation et la chrononutrition influence la production de la s\u00e9rotonine et la dopamine. Un repas riche en glucides contribue \u00e0 augmenter la s\u00e9rotonine alors qu&rsquo;un repas riche en prot\u00e9ines va augmenter le taux de dopamine. Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner fran\u00e7ais classique est vraiment une erreur en terme de nutrition. Le matin nous avons besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre attentif, vigilent et d&rsquo;avoir de l&rsquo;entrain pour toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>=&gt; le petit-d\u00e9jeuner doit \u00eatre riche en prot\u00e9ine et pauvre en sucre \/ la transformation de tyrosine en dopamine est d\u00e9pendante \u00e9galement de cofacteur comme la vitamine B9, le fer et pour la conversion en noradr\u00e9naline en cuivre et zinc \/<\/p>\n<h4>Ou trouver ces nutriments ?<\/h4>\n<p>TYROSINE = les \u0153ufs (id\u00e9alement \u00e0 la coque ou bien au plat mais toujours le jaune coulant pour pr\u00e9server nutriments et favoriser sa digestion), la canard, la dinde, le poisson, les noix, les amandes, l&rsquo;avocat &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>VITAMINE B9 = les abats, le foie, le foie de morue, les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles vertes, les l\u00e9gumineuses, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, le pollen de saule, la farine de ch\u00e2taigne &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>ZINC= les huitres, la viande de b\u0153uf, les poissons, les \u0153ufs, graine de courge, les champignons shiitak\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>FER= Les abats, le foie, le boudin noir, les poissons, les l\u00e9gumineuses, les algues &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>CUIVRE= les abats, les fruits de mer, le poisson, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes &#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>Comment savoir si je suis en carence de s\u00e9rotonine ?<\/h3>\n<h4>Signes de carence:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Irritabilit\u00e9, agressivit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Pulsions irr\u00e9pressibles vers des aliments sucr\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Insomnie et r\u00e9veils nocturnes<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9pression<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Causes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Raret\u00e9 du tryptophane dans l&rsquo;alimentation en comparaison \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres acide amin\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>La perturbation de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me intestinale car la s\u00e9rotonine est pr\u00e9sente dans le cerveau mais \u00e9galement en grande partie au niveau de notre ventre par les syst\u00e8me nerveux ent\u00e9rique. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs au niveau intestinal que la s\u00e9rotonine est produite en plus grande partie !<\/li>\n<li>Surcharge du foie en toxines<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;inflammation de bas grade<\/li>\n<li>Le stress<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e2ge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Comment augmenter son taux de s\u00e9rotonine ?<\/h4>\n<p><strong>En prenant un go\u00fbter vers 16-18H au plus tard !<\/strong> Consommer un fruit de saison ( la banane est particuli\u00e8rement riche en tryptophane) et des ol\u00e9agineux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prendre un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sal\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Consommer suffisamment de prot\u00e9ines au d\u00e9jeuner<\/strong> ( poissons, volailles, viande rouge 1X\/semaine) et <strong>un d\u00eener tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger<\/strong> essentiellement v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ( l\u00e9gumes, l\u00e9gumineuses, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales )<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 aussi, comme pour toute r\u00e9action biochimique les enzymes ( ici d\u00e9carboxylase) qui fabrique la s\u00e9rotonine ont besoin de cofacteurs: fer, B9, B3, calcium, vitamine C, zinc et magn\u00e9sium.<\/p>\n<h4>Ou trouver ces nutriments ?<\/h4>\n<p>TRYPTOPHANE = \u0153ufs, produits laitiers, viande, poisson, riz,\u00a0 l\u00e9gumineuses, banane &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>B3= poulet, poisson, viande, produits laitiers, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8te ou semi-compl\u00e8te &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>CALCIUM= produits laitiers, sardines, amandes, algues, cresson, l\u00e9gumes crucif\u00e8res, eaux min\u00e9rales ( mais \u00e0 boire pendant les repas pour assimiler les min\u00e9raux) &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>MAGN\u00c9SIUM= les fruits de mer, les sardines \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes ou semi-compl\u00e8tes, amandes, les l\u00e9gumes verts riches en chlorophylle &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La fatigue, la baisse de moral a un impact consid\u00e9rable sur notre sant\u00e9 et notre bien-\u00eatre.
